To assist the Association members and their dependents in their applications for AFP decals and LTOPF/FA registration, the BOT through the Management Team requested on separate occasions the Commander, GHQ and HSC, AFP and the Director, PNP Firearms and Explosives Office to send their mobile teams to AGFO Center.

The first caravan was held on April 14,2023 with 78 beneficiaries. The Camp Commander, BGEN ARMAN M AREVALO PA personally led his team in providing efficient service to the Association members. He informed AGFO that camp authorities will vigorously implement Project HAWKEYE to insure physical and personnel security inside Camp Aguinaldo at all times. The processing of decals went on smoothly and those who failed to join can avail of the same services on-line using the QR code icon below or contact HSC-OG2 hotline number 0927-113-8220. The second caravan took place on September 20,2023 benefiting 51 applicants including 42 who were issued police clearances. PLTCOL BENJIE CALAPIZ assisted by PCPT BRIGITT ABRIGO led the entire contingent consisting of a National Police Clearance (NPC) team, an LTOPF/FA Registration team and a Neuropsychiatric (NP) team. PSsg John Philip Alhambra and PCpl Jacky Tumaliuan composed the NPC team; while PCPT EMERY ABALAJON with PSsg Rowel John Felipe, Pat Marilyn Diarbe and Pvt Princess Wilson |
comprised the NP team. PEms Levie Sinatad, PSms Abelilla and PSsg Arnold Maraya were with the LTOPF/FA Registration team from the Regional Civil Security Unit (RCSU-NCR) along with PLTCOL CALAPIZ and PCPT ABRIGO.
In addition to the PNP contingent, ARMSCOR, a leading domestic firearms manufacturer, extended its services to AGFO by conducting gun safety seminar, one of the requirements for LTOPF/FA Registration, at the social hall. BGen Raymundo Francisco facilitated the availability of this team consisting of Edward Taguiam, Reynaldo Salvador, Yuka Hayakawa and ARMSCOR coordinator April Rose Corpuz.
